Life in Galveston

Galveston (view video) has a lot to offer, including over 30 miles of relaxing beaches, marvelous restaurants, and top resort hotels. Galveston is a small romantic island that exhibits all the appeal of a small town and is just a 40 minute drive away from the fourth largest city in the U.S.

From restful beaches to famous Victorian architecture, the island is surrounded with great beauty and amazing history. You won’t want to miss the tranquility of a Galveston sunset.

This is a very exciting time to live in Galveston. The island is experiencing tremendous growth, with the recent construction of a world-famous water park, luxurious high-rise condos, and trolley systems linking the UTMB campus to the historic downtown strand, and the beach. With many new projects undergoing construction, the future of Galveston is happening now.
